Trippin' in Kansas

4th grade

This is your first time to visit Kansas! In order to make the most of your trip you will need to find out the following things about Kansas.

1. 3 products Kansas produces (makes or grows).
2. The state flag
3. The state flower
4. The state bird

While you are in Kansas you'll want to do some shopping. You need to "buy" the following items:

1. 3 postcards. So you can write to your friends and relatives.
   • Postcards have to have a picture of something in Kansas
2. 1 souvenir
3. 1 t-shirt
4. 3 stickers for your suitcase

• Everything that you "buy" will go into a suitcase that we will be making in class.
